Driver Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Driver Supervisor to oversee and coordinate transportation operations, manage drivers, and ensure efficient, safe, and timely transportation services. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker with strong leadership and organizational skills and experience supervising drivers within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage drivers' daily schedules and assignments.
• Monitor driver attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure timely transportation services and efficient route planning.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, registration, and insurance requirements.
• Investigate and report transportation incidents, accidents, and violations.
• Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle utilization.
• Maintain transportation records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to drivers.
• Coordinate with departments to meet transportation and operational requirements.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
