Early Career Trainee - Order Management

Job Description Summary This role is a two-month summer internship designed to support Order to Remittance (OTR) projects, ensuring a focused and compliant execution of Order Management activities. The intern will work closely with the OTR teams, gaining hands-on experience in operational processes, data accuracy and cross-functional coordination while contributing to ongoing projects and daily transactional support
Job Description Key Responsibilities
- Support OTR (Order-to-Remittance) projects by assisting with order processing, tracking and documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of Order Management activities in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
- Assist in monitoring order flow from entry to fulfilment, identifying discrepancies or delays
- Maintain and update order-related data in ERP or order management systems
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Logistics, Finance and Customer Service to support smooth order execution.
- Prepare basic reports, trackers and dashboards to support project visibility and operational reviews
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and support ad-hoc operational tasks as required
Learning & Development
- Gain practical exposure to end-to-end Order Management and OTR processes.
- Develop foundational skills in compliance, data accuracy and operational excellence.
- Learn to work in a structured, deadline-driven corporate environment with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
