ENT specialist or consultant

Ebn Hayan Healthcare Group in Sharjah is seeking a highly qualified ENT Specialist or Consultant to join our growing multidisciplinary medical team. The ideal candidate must be experienced, patient-focused, and committed to delivering high standards of medical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
• Perform ENT procedures in outpatient and minor surgical settings.
• Manage acute and chronic ENT conditions.
• Interpret diagnostic tests including audiometry, endoscopy, and imaging.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with MOH regulations.
• Provide patient education and preventive care guidance.

Requirements

• MOH License / MOH Eligibility as ENT Specialist or Consultant (Mandatory)
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience preferred
• Strong surgical and clinical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandatory)
• Patient-centered approach with strong ethics and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in advanced ENT procedures
• Ability to build and grow a patient base
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
