Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

Job Title :Interior Fit-Out Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Interior Fit-Out Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market exposure and hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for interior fit-out projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Prepare rate analysis for materials, labor, and subcontract works
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare comparative statements (CST) and cost summaries
• Support tender submissions and bid evaluations
• Assist project and procurement teams with budget control and cost monitoring
• Identify scope gaps, discrepancies, and value-engineering opportunities
• Maintain updated cost databases and estimation records
• Coordinate with site teams, design, procurement, and management

Requirements

• 3–5 years UAE experience in interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, and turnkey projects
• Proficient in reading construction and shop drawings
• Experience in Abu Dhabi projects preferred
• Valid UAE driving license – mandatory
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Salary & Benefits

• Up to AED 8,000 (depending on experience)
• Benefits as per UAE Labour Law
