Executive Assistant to Finance Head (Junior Level)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Finance Head and assist the Finance Department in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have a finance or accounting background, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance Head.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and management summaries.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars for the Finance Head.
  • Maintain and organize financial records, documents, and correspondence.
  • Assist with invoice tracking, payment follow-ups, and expense reporting.
  • Support month-end and year-end finance activities.
  • Liaise with internal departments regarding finance-related matters.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in data entry, reconciliation, and financial documentation as required.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the Finance Department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, finance, or accounting support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional, proactive, and eager to learn.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a finance department.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or accounting software.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
