Executive Sales and Customer Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate and manage sales activities to achieve targets and objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing market presence and customer engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements

• Sales oriented Female candidate
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Proven experience min 5 years - in the beauty, slimming, cosmetic & aesthetic industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Energetic and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• A team player with a proactive and customer-focused attitude.
