Family Medicine Specialist

Alfarabi Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist, Arabic Speaker to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families of all ages while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Deliver preventive healthcare services, including health screenings, vaccinations, and lifestyle counseling.
• Manage patients across all age groups and coordinate continuity of care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families regarding disease prevention and health promotion.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Refer patients appropriately to other specialties and allied health services when required.
• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, clinical guidelines, and quality standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education activities.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree with specialization in Family Medicine.
• Valid DOH License/Eligibility as a Family Medicine Specialist.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a medical center, primary healthcare center, or hospital setting is preferred.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and medical documentation.
• Arabic speaking is mandatory.
• Ability to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive, and patient-focused care.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
