The Role

We are looking for an energetic, professional, and persuasive Female Call Center Agent to join our team in Sharjah. The primary focus of this role is to be the first point of contact for our "leads"—potential patients who reach out via our social media advertisements. You will be responsible for converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Promptly answering all incoming calls and responding to WhatsApp inquiries from potential patients.
• Appointment Setting: Scheduling consultations and treatments for doctors and therapists.
• Lead Conversion: Explaining our services clearly and professionally to encourage patients to visit the clinic.
• Database Management: Maintaining accurate records of all leads and follow-ups.
• Customer Support: Providing high-quality customer service by answering questions about pricing, location, and treatment details.

Requirements

• Gender: Female (Required).
• Language: Native or professional-level Arabic speaker with good command of English.
• Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette and professional writing skills for WhatsApp communication.
• Experience: Previous experience in a medical center, spa, or sales-driven call center is a plus.
• Location: Must be based in Sharjah or willing to commute easily.
• Soft Skills: Patient, persuasive, and able to work under pressure during "peak" lead times (pre-EID, sales, etc.).

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time.
• Location: Sharjah, UAE.
• Salary: 3,000 – 3,500 AED per month (depending on experience).
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
