A leading wellness and hospitality group is looking for a Female HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous HR experience within the hospitality industry and a strong understanding of UAE labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Handle employee relations and provide HR guidance to staff and management.
• Coordinate performance reviews and assist in employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
• Prepare and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Organize and conduct employee onboarding and training programs.
• Address and resolve employee grievances professionally and effectively.
• Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or wellness sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
