Job Description:
Best Ways Medical Services is seeking a skilled Fleet In-Charge / Fleet Maintenance In-Charge to oversee our vehicle fleet operations. The role ensures vehicles are operational, safe, and cost-effective through proper maintenance and management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Supervise daily maintenance and repairs, coordinating with mechanics or external vendors.
• Monitor fleet performance, fuel consumption, and vehicle health.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Manage budgets for parts, labor, and external services.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate urgent repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and maintenance.
• Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and GPS tracking.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards.
