Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Fleet & Logistics Specialist to manage and coordinate all transportation operations, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and seamless mobility across PureHealth. This role oversees vehicle management, fuel and toll tracking, vendor coordination, and compliance with UAE transport regulations, supporting high-volume transport requests without service disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport for staff, goods, and services across Abu Dhabi and beyond, including official assignments outside HQ.
• Manage PHG’s fleet (~27 vehicles), including registrations, insurance, maintenance, accident repairs, and traffic fines.
• Track fuel usage and tolls, ensuring accurate departmental cost allocation and timely payments.
• Verify vendor invoices, manage PRs, and maintain financial controls.
• Maintain operational records, monitor fuel tag usage, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with transport vendors for timely, efficient service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in fleet management or transport operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE transport regulations (RTA, traffic fines, insurance).
• Excellent coordination, vendor management, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong cost-tracking and reporting capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and administrative systems.
