Job Title: Front Desk Officer – Dental Clinic (JLT, Dubai) Location: Dental Oasis DMCC, JLT Cluster C

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and personable Front Desk Officer to join our patient-focused dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in managing appointments, inquiries, and clinic coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient records
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and WhatsApp queries
• Coordinate with clinical staff for smooth operations
• Follow up on treatment plans and sales inquiries
• Maintain Google Business profile and respond to reviews
• Support marketing and outreach efforts when needed

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Google tools (Maps, Reviews, Business Profile)
• Sales follow-up experience is a plus
• Prior dental or healthcare front desk experience preferred
• Knowledge of marketing on Google & Meta platforms is an added advantage
• Candidates with own visa will be prioritized

Working Hours

• 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Thursday

Salary

• AED 3000 – 4000 (based on experience and skills)
