We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. In this role, you will greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, manage appointments, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Manage scheduling and appointment calendars
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with basic computer and office software
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
