Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to manage our reception area and provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records
• Assist with billing, payments, and basic cash handling
• Coordinate with doctors and medical staff regarding appointments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Handle patient complaints politely and escalate when required

Requirements

• Previous experience as a receptionist (preferably in a medical center)
• Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is an advantage)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, booking systems)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
