We are a reputable skin and medical clinic seeking a Front Line Officer to be assigned at our Deerfields Mall branch. The role involves welcoming patients, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage appointments, inquiries, and front desk coordination
• Handle basic administrative and billing support
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff as needed

Requirements

• Medical or healthcare-related educational background preferred
• Previous front desk or customer service experience is an advantage
• Presentable, well-spoken, and customer-focused
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
