Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient consultations and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans according to DOH guidelines
• Provide preventive care and routine health screenings
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
• Ensure high standards of patient care and confidentiality
