The clinic provides high quality, evidence-based and compassionate care to children and adult who present with mental health difficulties.

Role Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Social Media Coordinator

for a full-time, on-site role.  

Key Responsibilities

🎨 Graphic Design

·

Create visual content for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns

·

Design logos, banners, posters, brochures, and promotional materials

·

Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs

·

Develop creative concepts and layouts for campaigns

🎬 Video Editing & Recording

·

Record videos for marketing, events, interviews, and promotional content

·

Edit raw footage into engaging and professional-quality videos

·

Add effects, transitions, captions, and sound enhancements

·

Optimize videos for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

📱 Social Media Management

·

Plan and execute social media strategies

·

Create and schedule posts across platforms

·

Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages

·

Analyze performance metrics and generate reports

·

Stay updated with trends and implement creative ideas

·

Required Skills & Qualifications

·       Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media management

·

Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)

·

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro)

·

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends

·

Basic knowledge of photography and videography

·

Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills

·

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field
• Experience running paid ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
• Knowledge of branding and digital marketing strategies
