Guest Relation Executive Health Care

We are seeking a Guest Relations Executive with prior experience in a cosmetic or aesthetic medical centre. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, well-presented, and skilled in handling high-end clients with professionalism and warmth.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, ensuring a premium guest experience.
• Manage appointments, calls, and client follow-ups.
• Support the clinic team in daily operations and client coordination.
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a cosmetic or aesthetic clinic (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Arabic and English fluency required.
