Role Description The Health Specialist will work in a part-time, remote capacity, supporting individuals across mental health, chronic conditions, and preventive wellness programs. Responsibilities include conducting virtual health consultations, assessing client needs, and providing evidence-based guidance on lifestyle, occupational health, and condition management. The role involves delivering clear health education, promoting wellness initiatives, documenting interactions in digital systems, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care. The Health Specialist will also respond to client inquiries with a strong customer service mindset, ensure continuity of care, and contribute insights to enhance MantraCare’s AI-driven programs and health content.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for client engagement, education, and support in a remote environment.
  • Candidates should possess Medicine and Occupational Health knowledge to assess health needs, understand workplace-related risks, and guide appropriate interventions.
  • Candidates should possess Health Promotion expertise to design and deliver preventive care, lifestyle guidance, and wellness-focused interventions.
  • Relevant clinical or public health background (e.g., medicine, nursing, allied health, psychology, or health sciences) and familiarity with digital health or telehealth platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain accurate records, uphold data privacy and ethical standards, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional care teams.
