Job Summary

IIQAF Group is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in our hotels, resorts, and hospitality venues in Dubai. The Housekeeping Attendant plays a key role in ensuring guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction through meticulous cleaning and room maintenance.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality cleaning, or facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, corridors, and public areas
• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities
• Ensure bathrooms, floors, and furniture are spotless and sanitized
• Report damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to supervisors
• Follow hotel cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist with laundry, room preparation, and housekeeping inventory
• Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping supervisors to meet guest expectations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Housekeeping Attendant, Room Attendant, or Hotel Cleaner
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Physical ability to lift, move, and clean rooms efficiently
• Team player with good communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in five-star hotels or luxury resorts
• Knowledge of hospitality safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to handle special requests or VIP guest rooms
