Full job description

HR ASSISTANT-FEMALE

  • Coordinate recruitment activities and communicate with candidates (Doctors, Nurses, General).
  • Post job ads, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule interviews.
  • Provide clerical support, including emails, offer letters, and maintaining employee records.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly timesheets and calculate overtime.
  • Handle employee inquiries on HR issues, and manage complaints/grievances.
  • Assist with DHA license activation/renewal and visa coordination with PRO.
  • Conduct employee orientation and assist with candidate sourcing and database updates.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in related field or its equivalent.
  • With computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • One to two years of general experience, Human Resources experience preferred.
  • General knowledge of UAE labour law
  • With good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
