Full job description
HR ASSISTANT-FEMALE
- Coordinate recruitment activities and communicate with candidates (Doctors, Nurses, General).
- Post job ads, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule interviews.
- Provide clerical support, including emails, offer letters, and maintaining employee records.
- Prepare weekly/monthly timesheets and calculate overtime.
- Handle employee inquiries on HR issues, and manage complaints/grievances.
- Assist with DHA license activation/renewal and visa coordination with PRO.
- Conduct employee orientation and assist with candidate sourcing and database updates.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in related field or its equivalent.
- With computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- One to two years of general experience, Human Resources experience preferred.
- General knowledge of UAE labour law
- With good interpersonal skills.
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
