Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, offer letters).
- Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Prepare employment contracts as per UAE Labor Law.
Employee Relations
- Act as point of contact for employee HR queries.
- Handle grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Maintain employee engagement initiatives.
Payroll & Attendance
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime).
- Coordinate with finance for salary processing.
- Monitor leave balances and maintain accurate records.
Visa & Government Relations
- Coordinate employment visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
- Liaise with PRO for MOHRE, immigration, and labor matters.
- Ensure employee documentation is legally compliant.
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee files and HR database.
- Prepare HR letters (salary certificates, NOC, experience letters).
- Track probation confirmations and contract renewals.
Performance & Training
- Support annual performance appraisal process.
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating programs.
