HR Executive

Company: Dr Safeenas Wellness Clinic

Location: Al Qusais, Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in the UAE

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

• Develop and implement HR policies in line with UAE labour regulations

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution

• Maintain HR documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination

• Conduct training, appraisals, and staff development initiatives

• Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning

• Support licensing, visa processing and staff credentialing (DHA)

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR compliance

• Experience in using HR and admin-related software systems

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage

• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
