Immigration Coordinator – Middle East

HelpXpat Relocations i s seeking a highly experienced Immigration Coordinator to lead our operations in the Middle East. This role is based in Dubai and offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth, deliver operational excellence, and lead a high-performing team within a global leader in relocation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of immigration processes for employees relocating to the UAE and KSA.
• Prepare, review, and submit visa and work permit applications in full compliance with local regulations.
• Ensure strict adherence to immigration laws, labour requirements, and company policies in Middle East Countries.
• Maintain accurate records, track application progress, and provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a primary point of contact with government authorities, clients, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth processing.
• Provide clear guidance and support to clients and assignees throughout the immigration process.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes in UAE and KSA immigration policies, advising management on implications and compliance strategies.
• Handle and coordinate shipment-related inquiries and processes, ensuring seamless communication between clients, logistics partners, and internal departments.
• Handling household goods shipment coordination and managing client inquiries related to relocation and logistics.

Key Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in immigration and shipment coordination, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of local immigration procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements across GCC countries.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Strong client service and communication skills, capable of managing expectations and building long-term trust.
• Proficiency in MS Office and immigration/case management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in immigration or global mobility will also be considered.
• Demonstrated experience in handling shipment coordination and managing client inquiries related to relocation and logistics.
