Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in-house with an Arabic-speaking family. The role involves providing one-on-one academic and behavioral support to a child with specific learning needs, following a structured program developed in collaboration with therapists and educators.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized academic support aligned with the child’s school curriculum.
• Implement strategies recommended by therapists and learning specialists.
• Support the child’s emotional and social development.
• Collaborate with the family, school, and professionals to monitor progress.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an LSA or in a similar role.
• Educational background in psychology, education, or special education is preferred.
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
