Information Technology Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Sector: Day Surgery Clinic

We are seeking a high-caliber IT Manager to lead, secure, and innovate our clinic’s digital infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring that our technology supports both medical excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Integration: Oversee servers, networks, and devices. Supervise the seamless integration of EHR, Practice Management, and Billing systems .
• Data Security & Compliance: Implement firewalls and security measures to protect patient data. Ensure 100% compliance with healthcare regulations and data protection laws.
• Data Strategy & Marketing: Manage historical patient data (names, procedures, dates). Develop and implement strategies to use this data for targeted marketing and sales enhancement .
• Database Integrity: Conduct regular audits and cleanups to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• System Development (SDLC): Lead the full lifecycle of system development.
• Technical Support & Training: Manage helpdesk operations, troubleshoot hardware/software, and train clinic staff on new technologies and security best practices.
• Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Align IT strategy with business goals. Develop and manage the IT budget (hardware, software, and services).
• Vendor & Project Management: Negotiate vendor contracts, manage SLAs, and lead IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
• Disaster Recovery: Establish robust backup procedures and recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
• Innovation & Reporting: Evaluate new technologies to improve patient care. Regularly report on progress and proactively suggest solutions to management.
• Flexible Support: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support organizational success and collaborate with various teams on special projects.
