Role Description

On behalf of one of our partners—a Private Hospital —we are seeking a full-time Information Technology Support Technician to join the team on-site in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia . In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for technical support, resolving hardware and software issues within the hospital. You will troubleshoot desktop computers, printers, and medical-connected devices while managing routine maintenance to ensure seamless healthcare operations and excellent user support.

Qualifications

Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues efficiently to minimize downtime in a clinical setting.

Desktop & Printer Support: Practical experience with setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripheral devices.

Hardware Repair: Competence in computer repair and hardware diagnostics.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills to assist medical staff and administrative personnel (non-technical users) with patience and clarity.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize urgent tickets and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Healthcare Experience: Previous experience working with IT systems within the healthcare sector (e.g., HIS or PACS) is a significant plus.
