Infrastructure and Project Manager

Capital Health is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Project Manager to oversee renovation projects and ongoing facility maintenance across SRH & HSMC. The role ensures infrastructure, MEP systems, and building services operate safely and efficiently, in compliance with local and international healthcare standards, including JCI and Capital Health policies.

Key Responsibilities 📋:

• Manage renovation, maintenance, and infrastructure projects from planning to completion

• Support Facilities strategy, annual plans, and operational roadmaps

• Oversee MEP systems, HVAC, civil works, and building services

• Organize and monitor PPM and corrective maintenance programs

• Supervise contractors, service providers, and internal teams

• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and healthcare accreditation standards (JCI)

• Control budgets, assess repair costs, and recommend cost-effective solutions

• Promote energy efficiency and water conservation initiatives

• Maintain strong coordination with hospital departments to avoid service disruptions

• Apply strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, and civil works in healthcare facilities

• Use experience with PPM, predictive maintenance, and BMS

• Manage contracts, vendors, and facility-related risks effectively

Qualifications 🎓:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in healthcare facility management or infrastructure/project management

• Experience with JCI-accredited hospitals
