Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Insurance Specialist located in Riyadh. The Insurance Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating with insurance providers, facilitating claim processing, and ensuring compliance with insurance policies. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate client records, and supporting insurance brokerage activities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processes
• Experience in Finance and an understanding of financial aspects related to insurance
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation and maintain regulatory compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Insurance, Finance, Business Administration) is preferred
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
