Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience in the UAE to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with client expectations and local regulations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material selections based on client requirements
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, elevations, and joinery details
• Coordinate with MEP, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design feasibility
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority approvals, and site regulations
• Assist in preparing BOQs, specifications, and material submittals
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is executed correctly
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for finishes, furniture, and fittings
• Support project timelines and assist in resolving design or site-related issues
• Prepare presentations and design documentation for client approvals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
• 2–3 years of interior design experience in the UAE
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, or similar design software
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E, and local suppliers
• Familiarity with UAE authorities and approval processes (preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
