- en:Build and maintain profitable relationships with brokers and intermediary partners assigned to you by consistently delivering a high standard of customer service and proactively identifying opportunities to win new business and grow your portfol
- io.Proactively manage all aspects of your assigned broker portfolio, including preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, raising discount requests, and supporting all intermediary sales requirements through both inbound and outbound interacti
- onsSupport the onboarding of new broker clients by coordinating internal processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and completing all required system entries to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experien
- ce.Act as a primary point of contact for brokers via phone calls and the shared sales mailbox, ensuring timely responses, effective issue resolution, and consistent communicati
- on.Work closely with Business Development Consultants to support the day‑to‑day management of their portfolios, providing sales, administrative, and operational support to help achieve overall business targe
- ts.Accurately record and maintain all client, quotation, and negotiation data within internal systems, ensuring data quality, transparency, and audit readiness at all tim
- es.Maintain agreed Turnaround Times (TATs) by prioritising workload effectively, ensuring timely preparation of quotations, responses to broker enquiries, onboarding activities, and follow‑ups, while managing competing deadlines across the assigned portfol
- io.Manage your sales pipeline and targets by proactively following up on opportunities, generating new leads through outbound calls, and maximising conversion within your intermediary portfol
