IT Executive (Healthcare)

Alleanza Healthcare is looking for an experienced IT Executive to support our growing healthcare operations across the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in software integration, ERP systems, healthcare IT, EMR platforms, network support, IT infrastructure, and end-user technical support. This role requires someone who can support both office-based and clinical operations, while ensuring systems remain reliable, secure, and aligned with healthcare operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, integration, administration, and optimisation of ERP, EMR, HRMS, finance, inventory, scheduling, and operational software systems.
• Coordinate software integration between internal platforms and external systems, ensuring smooth data flow and system functionality.
• Provide EMR-related support, including user access, workflow support, troubleshooting, reporting, and coordination with EMR vendors.
• Manage day-to-day IT support for office users, clinical staff, and operational teams across multiple sites.
• Support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, VPNs, LAN/WAN connectivity, and internet service coordination.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, printer, connectivity, user-access, and system performance issues.
• Maintain IT asset registers, software licences, user accounts, access permissions, system documentation, and IT inventories.
• Support server, cloud, backup, storage, antivirus, endpoint protection, and cybersecurity-related activities.
• Assist with system reporting, dashboards, process automation, data accuracy, and digital workflow improvements.
• Ensure appropriate access control, data confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare information security requirements.
• Coordinate with software providers, EMR vendors, internet service providers, hardware suppliers, and external IT support partners.
• Support new user onboarding, IT orientation, system training, and adoption of new digital tools.
• Monitor IT issues, escalate risks, and support business continuity across critical healthcare operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in healthcare IT is required.
• Experience with EMR / EHR systems is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP implementation, integration, administration, or support is required.
• Good knowledge of network support, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience in IT infrastructure support, hardware maintenance, software troubleshooting, user access management, and system configuration.
• Understanding of cybersecurity basics, endpoint protection, backups, data protection, and access control.
• Experience supporting HRMS, finance, inventory, scheduling, CRM, or operations platforms would be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, documentation control, and follow-up.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy healthcare operations environment.
• UAE healthcare sector experience would be an advantage.
