Job Summary:

We are seeking a IT Specialist to join in our hospital , Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure and networks.
• Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Implement and manage security protocols to protect sensitive patient data.
• Ensure regular updates and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand and fulfil their IT needs.
• Maintaining active directory domain services
• Configure FortiGate Firewall
• Installation and configuration Dell and HP Physical Server.
• Configure and Maintaining Hyper V Server’s
• Managed and Administrating O365 Email
• CCTV Knowledge required advanced
• Network Cabling and Crimping
• ZK-teko Access Control Door Maintain and Configure users
• OS installations – Windows 10, Windows 11, Server OS 2022
• Good Knowledge about the Hardware Issues – Laptop, Desktop & Server’s
• Configure Biometric Attendance Machine
• Administrating and Configure Network Printer & Scanner
• Knowledge about the Microsoft Office Application Installation
• Managed Inventory Asset Labelling
• Managed Unifi Wi-Fi control
• Keep Daily Backup for all our Data
• Configured Network Switches L3 & L2 level
• Administrating and Maintain PABX – Avaya IP500
• Que Axis Que Managed System is Advanced.
• HIS Mediware Experience is advanced.
• Administrating Enterprise Antivirus
• Knowledge about share folders permission levels in active directory.
• Configuration NAS devices.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in IT support level

Minimum 2 years experience in hospital sector (advantage)

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
