Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinic Coordinator based in Riyadh. Daily responsibilities include managing the scheduling of appointments, ensuring smooth clinic operations, coordinating with healthcare staff, and maintaining high levels of service quality. The Clinic Coordinator will also ensure compliance with established procedures, facilitate communication between team members, and address patient inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee clinic operations and appointments.
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and patients.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks, such as documentation and compliance monitoring.
• Familiarity with healthcare processes, operations management, and patient care standards is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using management software and Microsoft Office tools is highly recommended.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field is an advantage. <
