Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team in DIP, Dubai. The ideal candidate will act as the link between customers and the workshop team, ensuring smooth service processes, clear communication, and high customer satisfaction. Candidates with prior experience in India are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand vehicle service/repair requirements
• Prepare job cards and explain service estimates
• Coordinate with technicians for diagnosis and repair updates
• Provide customers with cost estimates and obtain approvals
• Follow up on pending approvals and spare parts availability
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Maintain service records and documentation
• Upsell additional services when required

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor
• Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field preferred
• Basic technical knowledge of vehicle systems
• Good communication skills
• Customer-service oriented personality
• Ability to work under pressure
• Immediate joiners highly preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience in multi-brand workshop
• Basic knowledge of automotive software/job card systems
• Understanding of spare parts coordination
• Sales & upselling skills
