Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves supporting healthcare clients with regulatory and licensing processes, including preparing documentation, coordinating with authorities, and tracking timelines for new licenses, renewals, cancellations, and transfers. The person in this role will help plan and set up new healthcare facilities, working with internal teams and external partners on interior design, medical facility planning, and compliance with local healthcare regulations. Daily responsibilities include conducting sector research, drafting client reports and proposals, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all activities meet relevant quality and regulatory standards. The role also requires regular client communication, participation in project meetings, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality consultancy services.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and licensing processes in Dubai (DHA, MOH, HAAD, DHCC), with experience preparing and managing related documentation.
• Skills in healthcare facility planning and coordination, including working with designers and service providers on interior design, medical advertisements, and operational setup.
• Competence in research, data analysis, and report writing to support client decision-making and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard office software and digital tools for documentation, tracking, and presentation development.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, public health, or a related field; advanced qualifications in health administration or regulatory affairs are an advantage.
• Prior experience in healthcare consultancy, hospital administration, or regulatory compliance in the UAE is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an added benefit.
