Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Dubai. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks that include providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience at the clinic. Duties include managing phone calls, booking appointments, addressing patient concerns, and assisting with administrative tasks.
