Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laser Therapist based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Laser Therapist will perform laser treatments and procedures for clients, ensuring safety protocols and personalized care. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, explaining treatment plans, operating laser equipment, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also involves recommending follow-up treatments and providing excellent post-procedure care to achieve optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in laser treatment procedures and operating advanced laser equipment
• Strong knowledge of skin analysis, skincare treatments, and dermatology basics
• Ability to maintain client safety, hygiene, and compliance with relevant safety standards and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide detailed explanations and establish trust with clients
• Attention to detail and precision in maintaining accurate client records
• Professional certification in laser therapy or dermatologic treatments is required
• Prior experience in a healthcare or medical aesthetic environment is highly desirable
• Fluency in English; additional language skills, especially Arabic, are a plus
• Warm, client-focused demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
• Flexibility to accommodate client schedules and the needs of the center
