Learning And Development Specialist (Contract)

ROLE

• Accountable for end-to-end execution of all trainings being driven by the Corporate Learning team.
• Able to handle training related tasks either independently or with minimal supervision.
• Able to collect, analyse and report pre, during and post training data.
• Skills to handle large amounts of data to measure critical KPIs, design dashboards and prepare reports for senior management.
• Maintain training trackers and other related information accurately in databases.
• Contribute towards content development needs in collaboration with other team members.
• Has some experience with digital learning management systems and latest technology in use to enhance learning experience.
• Effectively engage with both, internal and external stakeholders to assess development needs.
• Good communication skills to work on training related comms, employee engagement and content development.
• Creative agility to find innovative solutions to problems and openness to working with different tools.
• Ensure compliance to existing SOPs and policies.
• Sustain a cost-conscious mindset with keen focus on quality.

CANDIDATE CRITERIA

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR with a focus on Learning & Development.
• Hands on experience with core Learning concepts and operations.
• Excels in operational execution and contribution towards strategic projects.
• Good data analytics and presentation skills.
• Stakeholder management and team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and has some knowledge of other Learning tools and platforms.
