Marketing Executive

Role Description

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing all marketing activities for Amwaj polyclinic in a professional and innovative way.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, manage, and execute advertising campaigns (Ads) across digital platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Develop and implement effective Digital Marketing strategies as well as overall marketing plans.
• Create engaging content including videos and photos for services and promotions.
• Manage and oversee social media accounts on a daily basis.
• Coordinate and follow up with the website development team to ensure proper updates, performance, and user experience (no coding required).
• Use and manage CRM systems to build customer funnels and journeys.
• Execute marketing campaigns through CRM (email marketing, SMS/WhatsApp campaigns, automated follow-ups, etc.).
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, especially Digital Marketing.
• Skills in content creation (video & photography).
• Strong knowledge of paid advertising and performance analysis.
• Experience in coordinating with website teams (basic understanding of websites is a plus).
• Strong experience with CRM systems, including building funnels and running marketing campaigns.
• Organized, creative, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
