Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth. This role oversees marketing campaigns, market research, and team coordination to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans
• Manage branding, positioning, and promotional campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
• Plan and manage marketing budgets and timelines
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, content, and advertising initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
• Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams
• Manage and mentor marketing staff and external agencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s degree (MBA/Marketing) is an advantage
