Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight for the development and execution of end-to-end (360°) marketing strategies across all channels. The successful candidate will drive brand equity, elevate customer engagement, and accelerate business growth through integrated, insight-led marketing initiatives, while ensuring strong governance, consistency, and measurable impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end (360°) marketing strategies covering digital, offline, brand, performance, content, events, PR, and partnerships.
  • Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and campaign calendars aligned with business and clinical objectives.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, CRM, and social media.
  • Drive brand positioning and messaging across patient, provider, and stakeholder touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute patient acquisition and engagement campaigns while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines.
  • Oversee content strategy, including educational materials, campaigns, thought leadership, and clinical communications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Leadership teams to ensure aligned execution.
  • Manage and mentor internal teams and external agencies (creative, media, PR, digital).
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics and dashboards; optimize ROI through data-driven insights.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to healthcare compliance, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with proven delivery of 360° integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, brand management, and campaign analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of patient-centric marketing and healthcare compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability and attention to detail.
