Marketing Specialist

· Managing and overseeing multiple social media accounts across different business units Writing engaging captions and marketing copy in both Arabic and English. · Developing monthly content plans aligned with marketing objectives and preparing performance reports with insights, analytics, and campaign evaluations. · Responding to customer inquiries, messages, and comments across digital platforms. · Launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, allocating budgets effectively, and optimizing performance to maximize reach and ROI. · Managing e-commerce platforms by uploading and maintaining product listings, creating organized product catalogs with images and bilingual descriptions, structuring categories and subcategories for better user experience, and coordinating partnerships and onboarding with online marketplaces. · Planning, coordinating, and executing promotional events and activations by securing venues and partners, expanding outreach opportunities, and organizing community and charity initiatives related to animal welfare. · Promoting awareness and engagement through social and community campaigns. · Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. · Introducing and managing digital tools and systems to improve client communication and marketing efficiency. · Overseeing client deliverables, coordination, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
