We are looking for a professional and organized receptionist to manage front-desk operations and support basic accounting tasks in our medical clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients, answer calls, and schedule appointments.
  • Manage patient registration and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, cash/card payments, and daily financial reconciliation.
  • Assist with insurance submissions and follow-up (if required).
  • Manage emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and professional reception area.

Requirements

  • Experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical clinic.
  • Strong accounting skills and experience handling payments.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • Organized, customer-focused, and able to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
