Role Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Medical Doctor with commercial skills to join our Dubai office. This role combines medical knowledge with strategic business skills to promote and expand our air ambulance, medical escort, and road ambulance services globally. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing top-tier care while fostering strong relationships with clients, institutions, and partners.

· Efficiently managing and updating files is a key 21st-century skill, especially when using Apple equipment.

· Providing advice to clients about their medical transport options demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, decisiveness, and precision.

· Additionally, communicating with hospitals, managing medical information, and having a flexible approach to work are essential.

Key Responsibilities

· Represent the company to healthcare providers, insurers, and government agencies, promoting repatriation services.

· Provide medical expertise during client interactions, consultations, and sales negotiations.

· Identify and pursue business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and insurance companies for repatriation services.

· Collaborate with operations and medical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical practices, repatriation protocols, and industry trends to inform sales strategies.

· Build and nurture partnerships to increase the company’s visibility and reputation in the healthcare and medical repatriation sectors.

Requirements

· Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with active licensure and clinical experience.

· Experience in intensive care unit (ICU) and emergency medicine.

· Extensive experience in patient transport and medical repatriation.

· Proficiency in advanced life support techniques and the use of medical transport equipment.

· Proven sales experience, preferably in medical repatriation or related fields such as air ambulance services.

· Strong understanding of repatriation protocols, healthcare systems, and patient care processes.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

· Sales-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

· Multilingual abilities (optional but advantageous) to engage with diverse client bases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
