Job Title: Medical Procurement Officer

Location: Sharjah, UAE (Sunny Wellness and Medical Center)

Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 (Based on experience)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in UAE Healthcare (Mandatory)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Medical Procurement Officer to join our team at Sunny Wellness and Medical Center. You will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring our facility is consistently equipped with high-quality medical and wellness supplies at the most competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with medical suppliers and service providers across the UAE.
• Strategic Purchasing: Execute cost-effective procurement strategies while maintaining the high standards of a premium wellness center.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with clinical departments to forecast needs and prevent supply gaps.
• Compliance: Ensure all purchases and vendor documentations meet UAE Ministry of Health (MOH) and local regulatory standards.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect delivered goods to ensure they meet the specific technical requirements of our medical and wellness services.
• Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and department budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience: Exactly 2+ years of professional purchasing experience within the UAE Healthcare/Medical sector.
• Local Expertise: Strong existing network of medical and wellness suppliers within the UAE.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with medical equipment, consumables, and wellness products.
• Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and credit terms with vendors.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and medical/procurement ERP systems.
• Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
