Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Arabic-speaking receptionist to join our team and contribute to our exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle patient registration, appointments, and check-ins efficiently.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications promptly.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of medical information.
• Provide information about services, facilities, and procedures to patients and visitors.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely communication.
• Assist with billing inquiries and general administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure the reception area is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and proficient in English.
• Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
• Valid UAE visa (must have own visa).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical software or electronic health records (EHR) is an advantage.
