Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical or wellness setting and a strong commitment to patient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Handle patient registration, medical records, and data entry accurately
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and internal departments
• Process billing, payments, insurance coordination (if applicable)
• Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries promptly
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and confidentiality at all times
• Support daily administrative and reception operations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or Front Desk Executive (Wellness/Clinic experience preferred)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinic workflows is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and appointment management systems
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required
