Role Description
We are looking for a Meta/Google Ads Manager to hire in- house in a full time position in our company. The Meta/Google Ads Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms and Google Ads. The role includes overseeing campaign performance, conducting data analysis, setting ad budgets, generating reports, and implementing advertising strategies to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Advertising and Marketing, with experience managing campaigns on Meta and Google platforms
- Effective Communication and Sales skills to collaborate with teams and achieve campaign objectives
- Proficiency in Project Management to oversee and deliver campaigns within set timelines
- Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics to optimize results
- Proven experience in digital advertising and a solid understanding of market trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
- Experience working in the Middle East market is a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Meta advertising campaigns to meet business objectives
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics
- Develop compelling ad creatives and copy in collaboration with the creative team
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to improve ROI
- Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient spend
- Stay updated on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and insights
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Facebook and Meta ad campaigns
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager tools
- Knowledge of pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and analytics
- Creative mindset with excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with other social media platforms and tools is a plus
