Music Teacher

Friendly Early Childhood Center in Dubai is seeking a warm, engaging, and experienced Russian speaking Music Teacher to join our nursery team. We believe music is an essential part of early childhood development, and we are looking for an enthusiastic educator who can inspire a love for music in young learners.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Music Teacher to deliver fun, interactive, and educational music lessons for children aged 1.5–5 years. The ideal candidate will encourage creativity and support the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our students through music, movement, and play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate music classes for children aged 1.5–5 years
• Introduce basic musical concepts (rhythm, melody, beat)
• Use a variety of musical activities: singing, dancing, movement, and simple instruments
• Create an engaging, creative, and supportive classroom environment
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate music into the wider nursery curriculum
• Track children’s progress and provide feedback when needed
• Organize small performances or musical events to showcase children’s development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Music, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
• Proven experience working with young children (nursery or early years preferred)
• Strong musical skills and ability to play at least one instrument
• Passion for teaching and working with children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of early childhood development and learning methods
• Creative, patient, and able to engage young learners

Desirable

• Previous experience in a similar role in the UAE
• Ability to play multiple instruments
• Russian language skills
